Yarn Bowl Pottery Workshop

Calling all knitters, crocheters and yarn enthusiasts! This November join fellow crafter and ceramicist Lorna at Knit Nottingham, to create your very own tree stump yarn bowl. In this 2 hour pottery workshop, you'll sculpt and decorate a yarn bowl inspired by the forest.

Using a range of handbuilding techniques and underglazes, Lorna will guide you through the whole process, sharing all her tips and tricks for creating realistic bark textures. No experience needed, this workshop is perfect for beginners and a wonderful creative experience either for yourself or a loved one.

Lorna will then glaze the inside and fire your piece, ready for collection from her studio in Beeston in approximately 4-6 weeks. Your work can also be posted back to you for an additional charge (payment for this can be taken on the day).
